SUMMER CAMPS
Total Futbol Summer Camps Combine Elite Soccer Training with Classic Summer Fun

Total Futbol's summer soccer camps provide a great way to get competitive touches on the ball in a fun environment. Players are grouped based on age and ability to provide the best experience. Sign up individually, as a small group, or bring your entire team! Camps provide an unparalleled opportunity for team building.

Our staff of professional coaches has an extensive record of developing players through all levels of the game and many of our counselors and coaching assistants are current Division I college players (and former campers!). Not only will each camper leave a better player but each will receive a drawstring bag filled with goodies including a camp t-shirt.

2017 Residential Camps: Rigorous Training and S'mores by the Campfire
By Emily Madden, Total Futbol Camp Director

We welcomed more than 225 campers to Total Futbol residential camps at the beautiful locations of the Madeira School (McLean, VA) and Camp Deep Creek (Accident, MD) this summer. Players had fun bonding on and off the field with a variety of activities, from rigorous training to s'mores by a campfire.

Some of the favorite activities included the futsal tournament and bubble soccer, where campers enjoyed knocking over their coaches! Campers at Deep Creek had a blast maneuvering the white water rafting course at nearby Wisp Resort. Competition day was a fun way to wrap up camp each week. Players competed in juggling contests, small-sided games, power shot, and soccer tennis.

Best of luck to all during the fall season!

"2017 summer camps once again gave coaches and players an opportunity to focus on key aspects of the game from a tactical perspective. That isn't always possible during the season."

Total Futbol Executive Director Nadir Moumen talks tactics with his Henrdon Hurricanes White team at a residential summer camp. Residential programs allow teams to train intensively and build comraderie in a fun environment, laying the groundwork for success in the busy fall season and beyond.

Highly competitive futsal sessions allow summer campers an opportunity to practice ball control in tight spaces, gaining critical technical skills.

There is nothing like white water rafting to hone the teamwork skills.

Top-notch camp coaches — who have played and coached at the highest levels of the game — give campers an unforgettable experience. Summer campers got to meet professional Portland Thorns player Tyler Lussi (center, in red hat), who was drafted in 2016 after a stellar college career at Princeton University, and get her advice on pursuing soccer in college and beyond.

The well-earned reward after a long day of soccer summer camp? S'mores around the campfire, of course.

Campers bid a fond farewell to summer and a big hello to the 2017-18 soccer season!
