Spring League Successes

Aided by an assortment of multi-colored mini-cones and an other-worldly shaft of light, Total Futbol Executive Director Nadir Moumen talks tactics with Herndon Force 05 during halftime of a league game. The team finished second in its division of the EDP Spring League in 2018, scoring 14 goals and conceding eight.
 
 
Five teams coached by Total Futbol topped the charts of their Divisions in the spring of 2018, posting some impressive statistics along the way. We are letting the numbers speak for themselves by posting official standings. Total Futbol teams are highlighted with a red outline.
 
Taken together, these five teams played in a total of 33 League games: they posted 24 wins, 8 losses and one draw. They scored 93 goals (an average of 2.8 per game!) and conceded 46 (an average of 1.39 per game).
 
 
 
MSC Academy White 05 made a clean sweep of the Girls U13 2005 Premier South 1 division of the EDP Spring League 2018, scoring 34 goals while allowing just two. The team is co-coached by Total Futbol's Nadir Moumen and Nia Walcott.
 
 
 
MSI Academy Green 05 finished second in the National Capital Soccer League's GU13 Division 2, scoring 19 goals and conceding 11. The team is co-coached by Total Futbol's Nadir Moumen and Amira Walcott.
 

Herndon Force 05 were finalists in the Girls U13 2005 2nd Division South of the EDP Spring League 2018, scoring 14 goals and letting in eight. The team is co-coached by Total Futbol's Nadir Moumen and Ricky Ramirez.

 

In their final season of youth soccer, Herndon United 99 finished second in the Women's U19 Elite Blue Division of the Region I Eastern Regional League, scoring 19 goals and letting in 15. The team was coached by Nadir Moumen and Chris Torres during its last season.

 

Herndon Thunder Black finished second in the Girls U16 Premier Blue/Red/White Division of the Region I Eastern Regional League, scoring 18 goals and letting in 10. The team is co-coached by Total Futbol's Director of Coaching Matt Lee and Nadir Moumen.
