Preseason Tournaments Prime the Pump for Spring Soccer

Spring soccer has sprung for Total Futbol teams competing in a broad array of local and regional tournaments. Eight teams finished as either Champions or Finalists in their divisions, laying the foundation for successful league play.

The MSI Academy '05 Green Girls team finished as Finalists in the McLean Girls Tournament on March 26.
 
Teams coached by Total Futbol sprang into spring soccer by competing in local tournaments and collecting some serious hardware along the way. Not every team won a medal, of course, but every team got excellent preparation for spring league play. Below we've listed the top finshes achieved by TF teams at spring preseason tournaments. Eight teams finished as either Champions or Finalists in their divisions. Taken together, the winning teams played in 44 tournament games, notching 34 wins, two ties and eight losses.
